Services are provided subject to availability and client suitability. ⸻ 2.⁠ ⁠Nature of Our Services • Pinnacle Concierge acts as an independent advisor and facilitator • We do not own vehicles unless expressly stated • We do not act as a finance provider, insurer or dealer • All services are provided on a best-efforts basis Any purchase decision remains the responsibility of the client. ⸻ 3.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Sourcing & Consignment • Vehicle availability is subject to market conditions • All vehicles are sourced with due diligence, including history and inspection where possible • Final condition, pricing and acceptance rests with the client • Consignment vehicles are marketed on behalf of owners and remain their property until sold No guarantee is given that a vehicle will sell within a specific timeframe or price. ⸻ 4.⁠ ⁠Fees & Payment • Fees are agreed in writing prior to engagement • Fees may be fixed, percentage-based or bespoke • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. ⸻ 5.⁠ ⁠Finance, Warranty & Third Parties Where we introduce finance, warranty or insurance providers: • Approval is subject to independent credit checks • Terms are set by the provider, not Pinnacle Concierge • We accept no liability for third-party products or decisions ⸻ 6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Pinnacle Concierge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses • We are not responsible for actions or omissions of third parties • Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant service Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. ⸻ 7.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality All client information is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorised by the client. ⸻ 8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Pinnacle Concierge and may not be copied or used without permission. ⸻ 9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. ⸻ 10.⁠ ⁠Contact For any questions regarding these Terms, contact: Sales@pinnacleconcierge.co.uk
